NIACC is the largest institution of higher education in North Iowa. NIACC offers an on-going stream of "human capital" for technology-based industries by training and graduating over 200 technology graduates per year. This resource ensures that NCIGP is well poised to meet business growth demands.

Information Systems Technology Program focuses on Network Administration, Management Information Systems, Desktop Systems, and Web Systems Support. Program prepares students for:
- CISCO Certified Network Associates (CCNA)
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer
- Novell Certified Administrator
- A+ Certification

The program leads to an Associate of Science in Business (ASB degree in Information Systems Technology. IST graduates are able to transfer credits toward a bachelor¹s degree at various 4-year schools including Iowa State University, University of Northern Iowa, Buena Vista University, and Upper Iowa University.

E-Commerce, Web Design and Development focuses on E-Business, E-Entrepreneurship, Web Application Development, and Web Graphic Design.
